3. Can you remove yellowing on shoe soles?
Yes, we offer sole deoxidation as an extra restoration service.
4. Is shipping free for all orders?

5. How should I send my shoes to you?
Package your shoes securely and ship them out after completing your order online.
6. Can I cancel my order after submission?
Orders without processing can be canceled within 24 hours; processed orders cannot be refunded.
7. Are shoes stored separately to avoid mixing up?
All shoes are marked with unique numbers and stored in divided shelves for clear management.
8. What if stains cannot be fully removed?
We will inform you beforehand; stubborn old stains may not disappear completely.
